The DIHOVO Water Treatment facility in Bitola, Macedonia –
PALGEY MAIM arrived at the plant and conducted a number of tests in the field.
Analysis of the existing system currently in use and suggestions for improvements in increased efficiency and performance. Water samples were taken and analyzed and laboratory reports were generated from different periods throughout the year.
General background information on the system –
The raw water comes from five water sources:
- Four springs up in the mountains.
- The fifth source is a lake whose water comes from a very large area of drained rainwater which flows through various streams. The lake also receives water from the fourth spring noted above, which includes a low concentration organic matter
